Where are your products manufactured?
KOOK is headquartered in Los Angeles, California where all our products are made, manufactured, and shipped from. We are certified reef-safe, vegan, cruelty free, and sustainably made. Protecting the big blue is our north star so everything we innovate is created with love and supports restoration efforts through our partnership with Seatrees.
When will I get my order?
KOOK currently ships everywhere in the U.S. and internationally (taxes & duties included). Our rates are standard and calculated by our shipping partner. Since we are a small team, we ship out in batches on Mondays - shipments generally arrive within 3-5 business days domestically and 10-15 days for some international locations.
Can I return my product?
If you're not feeling 100% about KOOK, let's talk. For sanitary reasons, we can't accept returns, but we're here for you! Let us know how we can help at hello@gotkook.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We charge a flat fee of $4.99 for domestic shipping and $25 for international shipping.
